TODAY WHAT THIS COSTS

Orders are routine. The paperwork around them isn't.

The cost comes from retyped lines, the wrong lot and proof nobody can find.

In most warehouses the order arrives as a PDF, gets typed into one system, is picked from a printout and signed on paper that ends up in a folder. Every handoff is a chance to lose something.

  1. 01

The pick list is typed twice

Someone rekeys every line from the customer's PDF.

  2. 02

    The wrong lot goes out

The newest pallet is closest, so it gets picked first.

  3. 03

The POD lives in a drawer

The signed paper is the only proof the load left.

  4. 04

    "Did it ship?"

Your customer calls because they can't see it.

WHAT CHANGES ORDERS & SHIPPING

How AnkarChain takes the paperwork out of shipping.

  1. 01

    Read, not retyped

Trolly reads the pick list and checks every line against stock.

  2. 02

    The right pallet, every time

Oldest expiry first, and a wrong pallet is refused at the scan.

  3. 03

    Proof on the order

The driver signs on the device and the POD is saved on the order.

HOW AN ORDER SHIPS PICK LIST TO POD

Four steps from the pick list to the truck.

Upload it, allocate it, pick it, load it.

STEP 01 · UPLOAD

Drop in the pick list. Check it. Create it.

Trolly reads the customer's PDF and matches every SKU, lot and quantity to their stock. Duplicates and missing stock are flagged, and you can rename the order before it's created.

Every value comes from the pick list you dropped in. Product visuals use sample data.

STEP 02 · ALLOCATE

The right pallet, chosen for you.

Allocation follows oldest expiry or oldest stock, set per customer. Need a specific pallet or lot? Pin it to the line.

Allocated or pinned, every line shows its pallet. Product visuals use sample data.

STEP 03 · PICK

Scan the pallet. Build the load.

The floor device shows what the order still owes. Scan a pallet to ship it whole or take cases onto a build pallet; a wrong pallet is refused. The packing list and pallet labels are ready when picking is done.

Ship a pallet whole, or take cases onto a build pallet. Product visuals use sample data.

STEP 04 · LOAD

Scan it on. Sign for it. Done.

Scan each pallet onto the truck, check in the driver and get a signature on the device. The signed POD is saved on the order, the shipping charge posts and your customer is notified. Too much for one truck? Each truck gets its own POD.

Questions

Can AnkarChain read my customers' pick lists?
Yes. Upload a PDF pick list and Trolly, AnkarChain's AI, reads it into a preview, checking each line against that customer's products and stock. You confirm before the order is created.
What if an order doesn't fit on one truck?
Ship what fits. The rest waits in the load queue for the next truck, each truck gets its own signed POD, and the order closes when the last pallet ships.
Can my customers place orders themselves?
Yes. They key an order in the portal with their saved recipients, or upload a pick list, and it lands in your queue.
