RECEIVING · FROM THE SUPPLIER'S PAPERWORK TO PALLETS IN STOCK

Know what's coming.Count what arrived.Catch what's wrong.

Turn the supplier's PDF into a PO and receive from any phone or tablet. AnkarChain creates every pallet and flags anything short, damaged or not on the PO.

Receiving shouldn't depend on someone retyping a supplier's PO by hand.

One record from the supplier's PDF to your customer's portal.

The PO, the count, the pallets, the problems and what your customer sees are one record. Nothing gets typed twice.

PURCHASE ORDERS

The PO builds itself.

Drop in the supplier's PDF or Excel. Trolly, AnkarChain's AI, reads every SKU, lot, expiry and quantity, and flags anything that doesn't add up before the PO is created.

  • Read by Trolly
  • Checked before it's created
  • Customers upload their own
  • Rename it on upload
Every value comes from the document you dropped in. Product visuals use sample data.

ON THE FLOOR

Count what's actually on the truck.

Confirm palletized freight pallet by pallet. Count floor-loaded containers by SKU and build the pallets as you go. No PO? Add SKUs as they come off the truck.

The floor app saves as you go, so a dropped connection never loses a count. Product visuals use sample data.
  • Receipt photos
  • Several lots per pallet
  • Cargo not on the PO
  • Adjust pallet count

PALLETS

Finish receiving and the pallets exist.

Completing the receipt creates every pallet in stock with its own LPN, lot, expiry and quantity, and prints the labels. The receiving charges post on their own. Nobody types a pallet number.

Every line shows the pallets it became. Product visuals use sample data.

EXCEPTIONS

Problems show up when receiving closes.

Shortages, overages and cargo not on the PO become exceptions automatically, tied to the receipt, SKU and lot. Your team clears them from one list.

  1. 1 Counted
  2. 2 Completed
  3. 3 Exceptions raised
  4. 4 Resolved
One list of every problem, across every customer. Product visuals use sample data.

DAMAGE

Damaged stock never gets sold.

Flag a damaged pallet, or count damaged boxes in a floor-loaded container. It goes to QC hold, and your customer decides: release, destroy, sample or keep.

  1. 1 Flagged
  2. 2 QC hold
  3. 3 Customer decides
  4. 4 Done
The warehouse flags it. Your customer decides. Product visuals use sample data.

Your customer sees it the moment it closes.

Every receipt lands in your customer's portal with its contents, pallets, exceptions and photos. No more "did it arrive?" calls.

Questions

Can AnkarChain read my supplier's paperwork?
Yes. Drop in a PDF or Excel PO or lot certificate and Trolly, AnkarChain's AI, reads the SKUs, lots, expiry dates and quantities into a preview. You check it before the PO is created.
What if a truck shows up with no PO?
Create the receipt without one and add SKUs as they come off the truck. On a PO receipt, anything extra is flagged as not on the PO.
Does it handle a PO that arrives in several containers?
Yes. Each container gets its own receipt and pallet count, marked as more coming, so the PO completes against what's still outstanding, with no false shortages.
