This policy covers the AnkarChain website at ankarchain.com, run by AnkarChain, Inc., a Delaware corporation operating in Florida. The AnkarChain software (app.ankarchain.com and the customer portal) is covered by the separate agreement and privacy terms we sign with each customer.

What we collect

This website has no sign-up forms, no accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when) to keep the site secure and running. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.

Booking a demo

Demo bookings are handled by Google Calendar. Information you enter there is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy and shared with us so we can meet with you.

How we use it

We use this information to operate and secure the website, answer your questions and prepare for demos you book. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. Emails and booking details are kept for as long as we need them to talk with you or work with your company.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@ankarchain.com.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
